Physical Therapist
Marrying a passion for treating the whole person (not just symptoms) and a diverse skill set, Dr. Sarah loves to integrate her experience and expertise to develop a treatment plan to help you have lasting change and help you be who you were created to be. Along with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Dr. Sarah has certifications in yoga, massage therapy, and health coaching. Dr. Sarah may incorporate nutritional counseling, yoga, meditation, or breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, improve your body’s response to stress, improve sleep, reduce chronic systemic inflammation, and improve energy levels as well as addressing the aches and pains that affect her patients into treatment sessions. She also offers personalized one-on-one yoga sessions that utilize her diverse areas of expertise.
When not working, Dr. Sarah enjoys being a mom to her two daughters and a wife to her wonderful husband. As a family, they like to explore and appreciate the beautiful mountains, lakes, and rivers in our area with fishing, hiking, biking, and camping. She also enjoys music, dancing, yoga, and trail running.
