Private and Small Group Yoga

  • Do you get lost or feel intimidated in classes of 20+ people?
  • Recovering from an injury, and nervous about returning to exercise?
  • Are you looking for more personalized attention from a movement expert to ensure you are moving in a healthy way?

Look No Further!

Having one-on-one Yoga sessions allows all the attention to focus on you, which gives you faster results to meet your goals. We also offer small group sessions where you can work towards your goals in a safe, supportive atmosphere. Our certified instructor dedicates 100% of her attention to you, giving you the perfect mix of fitness with clinical precision.

Training will focus on mobility, flexibility and strength through a full range of motion. Core strengthening is an integral component of any injury prevention, rehabilitation or sports performance program. A strong core provides a dynamic link between the upper and lower body, alleviating excess stress on your joints.

Our one-on-one and small group yoga sessions ensure you get an individualized experience and a workout that is custom tailored to your specific needs. Dr. Sarah Fields brings together her advanced Yoga training and her physical therapy expertise to truly be able to listen to your goals and know what to focus on in your session to get you there. These sessions strengthen your whole body from the inside out using your own body weight to target the deepest muscles while also improving your flexibility and balance, all at the pace and intensity that is just right for you.

  • Boost Your Energy Level: When you work up a sweat and release some endorphins- you boost your mood and will find an untapped level of energy and confidence.
  • Improve Your Self-Confidence: When you push and challenge yourself you become the best version of yourself. There is nothing better than moving with more confidence as you develop improved movement-awareness, balance, and control.
  • Help You Look and Feel Your Best: When you connect with your friends, they will want to talk about you . . . How good you look and feel! Your friends will want to know your secrets on how you have become so successful, able to stay up with everyone, stay injury free, and participate in every activity you want without limitations. That ability is achieved only by hard work, done consistently, over time. We want you to achieve that, so we work hard for you.
  • Improve Athletic Performance: Improving your overall flexibility, strength, and balance with increased body awareness translates to enhanced movement and sport activity. Developing a regular yoga practice is a great cross-training routine to relieve tension and correct imbalance. This can help you develop a lifestyle free from injuries or missed training time due to an ailing or injured body. Emphasis on proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment allow athletes to access each part of the body individually- helping to improve overall performance.
