Patient Care Coordinator

I grew up in Jacksonville, FL. Moved to Knoxville, TN, 3 years ago this June.

I’ve had over 10 years of experience in the medical field. I started working at an urgent care in Florida and then worked at an Internal Medicine office when I first moved to Knoxville. I’ve done billing, scheduling, and admin work.

Welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling basic administrative duties, data entry, and assisting with billing.

I like helping with billing concerns and scheduling issues. I like to try to resolve their concerns without them having to worry about it.

I love working here because I like meeting new people and being the background of helping them get better. I may not be hands-on in their plan of care, but I love seeing patients getting better.

What do you enjoy your free time?

I love reading, traveling, and watching anything Disney, which includes Marvel and Star Wars! I love spending time with my 15-year-old Chihuahua, Oreo.
