For a lot of what PT involves, yes. Your Doctor of Physical Therapy can watch your movement, correct your form, progress your exercises, and answer questions live, all without being in the same room. Hands-on techniques need an in-person visit, and we'll tell you plainly when that's the better option.
A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera, a stable internet connection, and enough space to move. We'll send you a simple link before your visit, no app or account required.
