We find the actual cause.
A thorough evaluation, a plan built around your goals, and one-on-one time with a Doctor of Physical Therapy at every visit.
What It Is
Most pain doesn’t start where it hurts. Your knee aches because your hip isn’t doing its job. Your back locks up because your hamstrings never got the memo. Guessing at the surface symptom is how people end up back in the same spot months later.
Physical therapy starts with a real evaluation: how you move, where you’re compensating, and what’s actually driving the pain. From there, you get a plan built around that cause, not a generic handout of exercises.
Every visit is one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. No handing you off to an aide, no rotating between people who’ve never seen your chart. Same person, whole plan, start to finish.

Questions, Answered
Some exercises will challenge you, and mild soreness afterward is normal, like any workout. It should never be sharp or lasting pain. Your Doctor of Physical Therapy adjusts intensity to what your body can handle that day, and you’re always in control of the pace.
In Tennessee, no. You can start physical therapy directly through direct access, without a referral, in most cases. That’s often faster and less expensive than waiting on an imaging order or a specialist appointment. If your specific plan requires one, we’ll tell you before your first visit.
Most plans cover physical therapy, at least in part, but every plan is different. We verify your exact benefits before your first session, so there’s no surprise on your bill. Questions before then? Call us at (865) 351-0615.
