Welcome to this month’s podcast- I’m super thrilled to have Dr. Mark McColl, founder of Pillar Primary Care, as my guest. Dr. McColl has a reputation for being one of the best medical doctors in the region, someone that I have long admired, who’s patients always rave to me about his care, his service, and his expertise.

She has even recently launched an online streaming platform to provide easy accessibility to this unique exercise method.
