Patient Care Coordinator

I grew up in Northern Indiana and spent 20 years in Michigan before relocating to BEAUTIFUL Knoxville, Tennessee in 2024.

With a background as a Medical Practice Manager for two clinics, I developed a passion for helping patients and supporting their journey to better health. I most recently owned my own business as a Senior Concierge and am also a Certified Perimenopause and Menopause Coach, dedicated to helping women navigate this stage of life with confidence and care.

I’m passionate about helping patients and seeing their journey from day one to the point where they feel truly better again. It’s incredibly rewarding, and I’m fortunate to work with an amazing team of PTs, and coworkers.

What do you enjoy your free time?

I love spending time outdoors with my best friend—my awesome husband—whether we’re boating, hiking, or just enjoying life together. On the weekends, you’ll usually find me in a Pilates or barre class, and during the week I enjoy meal prepping and experimenting with new, healthy recipes. I also truly value quality time with family and friends.
